In the next couple of months, WFBH ITS will begin to move staff email from Microsoft Exchange 2010 to Microsoft Exchange Online.
Changes included are that Microsoft does not support the “public folders” feature in Exchange Online.
Microsoft Outlook is the application that allows you to keep up with email, schedule time using the calendar, keep track of your contacts, manage your to do lists/ tasks, and make notes.

At this time, some departments are still using version 2010, others have been upgraded to version 2016. While it is the same program, a few more functions have been added with each upgrade.
