Outlook 2016 Tips and Tricks

What is Outlook Web

Outlook Web Access (version earlier than 2010) or Outlook Web App (2013 to date) is the web-based email client available to Medical Center employees to access their mailbox.  This is how we access our email from a location other than our workstation - on or off campus.  It is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection and browser (much like Gmail or Yahoo).

While OWA is a lighter version of Outlook, you will be able to send and receive email messages, use the calendar to schedule appointments and meetings, view and lookup contacts,  set up the Out of Office Assistant, and other tasks very similar to the full version Outlook program.

***Large Personal Folders will NOT be accessible while using OWA.***

Use https://outlook.wakehealth.edu in any browser to access OWA.
