Incoming Student Checklist

This checklist outlines key tasks and deadlines for new students, including:

Immunization Forms
All admitted students must submit proof of required immunizations and health screenings prior to matriculation. This form should be completed by your healthcare provider and uploaded to the student health portal when access becomes available.

**Background Checks:**
All incoming students will be required to comply with a background check prior to matriculation. Information to register for a background check will be provided in March 2026. No action is required at this time.
