Room Policy

Carpenter Library provides limited classroom use for Medical Center students and staff. All rooms must be reserved prior to use.

The following rules apply:

The library maintains 2 computer classrooms to allow hands-on training for a variety of resources. Library staff who teach hands-on classes have priority for classroom use.
Other departments can only book three months in advance of the proposed class date(s) but reservations can be made up to 4 hours at a time.
Any group that does not appear for a reservation will have their booking canceled after one hour.
Special software has to be loaded by IT staff. Please contact the ServiceDesk [https://wakehealth.service-now.com] and complete a ticket. Be sure and send any instructions along with your request.
