Clinical Pastoral Education: Professional Development

ACPE is the standard for spiritual care and education. Our multi-disciplinary, multi-faith, multi-racial community of professionals provides education, connection, and formation through continuing education, networking, and leadership development.

By promoting innovative projects in spiritual care; centralizing resources on research, education, credentialing, and professional associations; hosting online events that are free and open to the public; and producing original research, the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab aims to improve, and professionalize chaplaincy in the twenty-first century.

The mission of Transforming Chaplaincy is to promote evidence-based spiritual care and integrate research into professional practice and education by fostering a culture of inquiry.
